GEH200520

GEH200520 is an investigational diagnostic imaging agent developed by GE Healthcare. It is used in combination with the radiolabeled compound GEH200521 (18F) as part of positron emission tomography (PET) imaging to visualize and monitor CD8+ T cells in patients with solid tumor malignancies. The primary purpose of this agent is to assess the presence and distribution of CD8+ T cells, which are critical for immune response against cancer, thereby helping predict and monitor patient responses to immunotherapy treatments such as immune checkpoint inhibitors. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, dosimetry, biodistribution, and imaging quality in both healthy volunteers and patients with solid tumors.
