Gelanxinning Soft Capsules is a proprietary Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Xi'an Qianhe Pharmaceutical. Administered as an oral softgel, it is composed of three primary herbal extracts: Pueraria flavonoids (derived from kudzuvine root and containing puerarin), hawthorn fruit extract, and gypenosides. The drug is indicated for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Its therapeutic mechanism, based on TCM principles, involves promoting blood circulation, resolving blood stasis, and relieving pain by clearing obstructions in the channels. It has been approved in China and is used as both a primary and adjunctive therapy for cardiovascular conditions.
