Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GEM-Ag-T is an investigational, genetically modified antigen-specific T-cell therapy being developed by Achelois BioPharma for the treatment of rare solid tumors. The therapy is built upon Achelois's proprietary integrated platform, which combines APTC (Antigen-Presenting T-Cell) training, Ag-T (Antigen-specific T-cell) expansion, and GEM (Genetic Engineering Modification) technologies. This approach is designed to produce bespoke cellular immunotherapies that are specifically trained and genetically equipped to target tumor-associated antigens. As of early 2024, the GEM-Ag-T program for rare solid tumors is in the discovery and IND-enabling phase of development.
