Overview

A combination therapy consisting of gemcitabine (a nucleoside analog), paclitaxel (a taxane), and sunitinib (a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor). This regimen combines conventional chemotherapy with targeted anti-angiogenic therapy. The combination has been investigated in clinical trials for HER2-negative breast cancer and potentially other advanced solid tumors.
