This combination brings together cytotoxic chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel), immunotherapy (sintilimab), and targeted antiangiogenic therapy (bevacizumab). It has been investigated primarily for advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer but may be explored in other solid tumors.
