The GAD-M regimen is a combination chemotherapy protocol consisting of gemcitabine, pegaspargase, dexamethasone, and high-dose methotrexate. It is being evaluated as a first-line treatment for patients with de novo extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL). The regimen leverages the synergistic effects of multiple agents: gemcitabine (a nucleoside analog), pegaspargase (an asparagine depletor), dexamethasone (a corticosteroid), and methotrexate (an antifolate).
