Overview

GEN-310 is an investigational in vivo gene therapy developed by GenVivo for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. The therapy utilizes a viral vector platform designed to reprogram a patient's endogenous T cells and natural killer (NK) cells directly within the body to express chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). This in vivo approach aims to circumvent the logistical challenges, high costs, and lengthy manufacturing times associated with traditional ex vivo CAR-T cell production. By transforming immune cells in situ, GEN-310 seeks to generate a sustained therapeutic population of CAR-expressing cells to target and eliminate malignant B cells. As of late 2025, GEN-310 is in the IND-enabling and preclinical stages of development.
