GEN1042 + pembrolizumab + chemotherapy is an investigational combination therapy for advanced or metastatic solid tumors. GEN1042 (also known as DuoBody-CD40x4-1BB) is a bispecific antibody that engages both the **CD40 receptor** (expressed on antigen-presenting cells and tumor cells) and **4-1BB** (a co-stimulatory immune receptor on T cells), designed to activate tumor-directed immune responses. Pembrolizumab is a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting the programmed cell death 1 (**PD-1**) receptor, blocking its interaction with PD-L1/PD-L2, and thus potentiating T-cell-mediated antitumor immunity.
