Overview

GEN1057 is an investigational bispecific antibody developed using Genmab's DuoBody technology. It is designed for the treatment of advanced or metastatic malignant solid tumors. The drug is currently being evaluated in a first-in-human, open-label, phase 1 clinical trial to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity as monotherapy in patients with advanced solid tumors who have not responded to standard therapies. The antibody targets two distinct antigens—fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAPα) and death receptor 4 (DR4)—to potentially enhance anti-tumor immune responses and induce tumor cell apoptosis[1][2][4][5][7].
