Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Genesis Therapeutics is developing a small molecule inhibitor targeting an undisclosed protein central to inflammatory signaling pathways for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Discovered and optimized using the company's proprietary GEMS (Genesis Exploration of Molecular Space) AI platform—which combines deep learning with molecular simulations—the program aims to provide potent, oral treatment options for targets that have traditionally been addressed only by biologics. By inhibiting key signaling nodes in inflammatory pathways, the therapy is designed to reduce the underlying inflammation associated with various autoimmune disorders. The program is currently in the discovery phase and is part of Genesis's internal immunology and inflammation pipeline.
