Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Genleukocel-t is a cell therapy developed by Immusoft Corporation. Its lead candidate, iduronicrin genleukocel-T (also known as ISP-001), leverages Immusoft's proprietary Immune System Programming (ISP™) platform to modify B cells. These modified B cells are designed to produce iduronicrin (alpha-L-iduronidase), an enzyme deficient in patients with Mucopolysaccharidosis type I (MPS I). The drug is currently in Phase I/II clinical development for MPS I, aiming to provide enzyme replacement therapy.
