Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GenSci180 (formerly GS24-B025) is a novel bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (BsADC) developed by Changchun GeneScience Pharmaceutical. It is designed to target both cadherin-17 (CDH17) and carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5, or CEA), which are highly expressed tumor-associated antigens in colorectal cancer. GenSci180 is constructed using the company's proprietary HydroLock ADC platform, featuring a highly stable, hydrophilic, cleavable linker conjugated to a potent DNA topoisomerase I (Topo1) inhibitor payload. By simultaneously targeting CDH17 and CEACAM5, GenSci180 achieves enhanced tumor binding and internalization efficiency, leading to superior antitumor efficacy compared to single-target ADCs in preclinical models. The drug is currently in IND-enabling development for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
