Genvax

Genvax is an allogeneic, "off-the-shelf" cancer vaccine platform developed by Cancure, with CNC118 as its lead candidate for the treatment of advanced-stage malignant melanoma. Unlike autologous vaccines that require processing a patient's own tumor tissue, Genvax utilizes genetically modified and inactivated donor cancer cells sourced from a master cell bank. As a biologic immunotherapy, the vaccine is designed to stimulate and enhance the patient's systemic immune response against a broad array of tumor-associated antigens present on the modified donor cells. The platform is positioned within the immuno-oncology space and is protected by international patents in the US, Europe, and Australia.
