Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GF-CART02 is a dual-targeted CAR-T cell therapy being developed by GenomeFrontier Therapeutics for the treatment of multiple myeloma. The therapy is manufactured using the proprietary Quantum Engine™ technology platform, which utilizes a non-viral vector system for gene delivery and integration. This process is designed to produce CAR-T cells with a high proportion of T memory stem cells (TSCM), which are associated with superior expansion and long-term persistence in vivo. GF-CART02 features a multiplex gene design and incorporates a safety switch mechanism to enhance patient safety by allowing for the controlled elimination of the engineered cells if necessary. It is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
