Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GF-CART03 is a next-generation armored CAR-T cell therapy being developed by GenomeFrontier Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, with a primary focus on glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). The therapy features a triple-CAR design incorporating a modulator and an integrated safety switch, engineered to provide broad efficacy and enhanced safety in pan-solid tumor environments. It is manufactured using GenomeFrontier's proprietary virus-free Quantum Engine platform and qCART™ (Quantum CAR-T) system, which produces CAR-T cells enriched with stem cell-like memory T cells (TSCM). This multiplex gene design is specifically intended to overcome antigen escape and reduce relapse rates by targeting multiple tumor antigens simultaneously.
