Overview

**GGA-sNIR** is a PSCA-targeted near-infrared fluorescent imaging probe being developed by Guangzhou Shiyun Biotechnology for intraoperative visualization of prostate cancer during radical prostatectomy. It is a single covalent conjugate comprising a high-affinity DNA aptamer directed against prostate stem cell antigen and a monocarboxy indocyanine green derivative. Following intravenous administration, the probe selectively binds and is internalized by PSCA-positive tumor cells, enabling near-infrared fluorescence detection of tumor tissue and margins rather than exerting a direct antitumor pharmacologic effect. Preclinical work reported nanomolar PSCA affinity, high tumor-to-background contrast, and prolonged tumor retention; a Chinese Phase I study is evaluating its safety, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and feasibility for fluorescence-guided surgery in prostate cancer.
