GH-001

GH-001 is a long-acting, sustained-release formulation of the nucleoside analogue entecavir, developed by G2G Bio for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. The product utilizes G2G Bio's proprietary InnoLAMP (Innovative Long-Acting MicroParticle) technology, which involves encapsulating the active pharmaceutical ingredient within biodegradable PLGA (poly lactic-co-glycolic acid) microspheres. This delivery system is engineered to provide a continuous release of entecavir over a three-month period following a single intramuscular injection. By transitioning from daily oral administration to a quarterly injection, GH-001 aims to significantly improve patient adherence, maintain stable plasma concentrations, and enhance the long-term management of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
