GH55

GH55 is an orally bioavailable, dual-mechanism small molecule inhibitor of ERK1 and ERK2 developed by Genhouse Bio. It is designed to treat advanced solid tumors, particularly those harboring mutations in the MAPK pathway. Unlike traditional ERK inhibitors, GH55 employs a dual mechanism that inhibits both the catalytic kinase activity of ERK1/2 and its activation by the upstream kinase MEK. This approach is intended to overcome acquired drug resistance often caused by negative feedback loops in the MAPK signaling pathway. GH55 has received IND clearance from both the U.S. FDA and China's Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) and is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical development.
