Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GI-101A is a bi-specific fusion protein containing the CD80 ectodomain and an interleukin-2 (IL-2) variant, linked via a human immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) Fc region. It is designed to modulate immune responses by inhibiting CTLA4 through CD80 and enhancing immune cell activation via IL-2. GI-101A is being developed for various cancers, including bladder, Merkel cell, cervical, colorectal, esophageal, head and neck, melanoma, non-small-cell lung, renal cell carcinoma, sarcoma, squamous cell carcinoma, vaginal, and vulvar cancers.
