Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**GI-6300** is a Tarmogen product series developed by GlobeImmune, consisting of yeast-based immunotherapy platforms designed to target cancers expressing specific antigens. The lead candidate **GI-6301** targets the brachyury protein, which is implicated in metastatic progression of tumors such as chordoma. Tarmogens stimulate T-cell immune responses against tumor-associated antigens, aiming to induce antitumor immunity. GlobeImmune licensed the GI-6300 series exclusively to Celgene (now Bristol Myers Squibb) in 2013.
