Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GIC-102 is an allogeneic, feeder-free natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by GI Cell for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma, metastatic colorectal cancer, and multiple myeloma. Derived from healthy donors and manufactured using a proprietary mass culture platform to ensure high purity and potency, GIC-102 is designed to maximize tumor-targeting function and cancer cell-killing efficiency. It is administered intravenously as an "off-the-shelf" product. Early clinical data indicate that GIC-102 monotherapy is well tolerated with no dose-limiting toxicities observed in phase 1 trials; it has shown promising efficacy signals such as complete response in non-Hodgkin lymphoma and stable disease in colorectal cancer patients. Combination studies with GI Innovation’s bi-specific Fc fusion protein (GI-101) are ongoing to further enhance anti-tumor activity[1][2][3][4][5][6].
