giloralimab

Giloralimab (ABBV-927) is a fully human agonistic monoclonal antibody targeting CD40, a costimulatory protein found on antigen-presenting cells. By activating CD40, giloralimab stimulates both innate and adaptive immune responses, enhancing T-cell activation and proliferation. It is being developed as an immunotherapy for cancer treatment—primarily in combination with other agents such as OX40 agonists (ABBV-368), PD-1 inhibitors (budigalimab), or chemotherapy regimens like modified FOLFIRINOX. The drug is under investigation for several solid tumors including pancreatic cancer, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma[3][4][5][6].
