Overview

Ginkgolide B complex is a combination product containing Ginkgolide B, Coenzyme Q10, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), and Magnesium. Ginkgolide B is a herbal constituent extracted from Ginkgo biloba tree leaves, known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuroprotective properties. It modulates glutamatergic transmission in the central nervous system and acts as a potent antagonist of platelet-activating factor (PAF). The complex is being investigated for the brief prophylaxis of migraine, particularly in school-aged children. Coenzyme Q10, Riboflavin, and Magnesium are included for their roles in cellular energy metabolism and overall physiological function.
