Overview
Ginloba is an oral nutraceutical combination tablet marketed by Med Manor Organics. It is formulated to support cognitive function, improve memory, and address symptoms of mild circulatory issues such as dementia, vertigo, tinnitus, and peripheral circulatory disorders (claudication). The primary active ingredient is Ginkgo biloba extract, which contains flavonoids and terpene lactones (such as ginkgolides and bilobalide) that act as potent antagonists of the platelet-activating factor receptor (PAFR) and as antioxidants. This helps improve blood circulation by dilating blood vessels and decreasing platelet stickiness, while protecting brain cells from oxidative damage. The formulation also contains essential minerals and amino acids, including magnesium (which acts as an NMDA receptor antagonist), zinc, L-arginine (a nitric oxide precursor), N-acetylcysteine (a glutathione precursor), and vitamins A, C, D2, and E to provide comprehensive nutritional and neurological support.
