GK01 + PD-1 monoclonal antibody is an investigational combination therapy being developed by the Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The regimen consists of GK01, a cell-based injection, administered in conjunction with a monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. GK01 is a cell therapy product, while the PD-1 antibody serves as an immune checkpoint inhibitor designed to enhance the body's anti-tumor immune response by preventing the suppression of T-cell activity. This combination is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial to determine its safety, pharmacokinetic profile, and preliminary efficacy in patients with refractory or advanced malignancies.
