GL-0810

GL-0810 is a peptide-based cancer immunomodulator and vaccine candidate designed to target Human Papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16). Developed by Gliknik through an exclusive license from the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research, the drug consists of HPV16-specific peptides intended to boost the patient's immune response against HPV16-positive tumors. In clinical studies, GL-0810 has been evaluated in patients with recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (RM-SCCHN) and advanced multiple myeloma. It is typically administered subcutaneously in combination with adjuvants such as Montanide and Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) to enhance its immunogenicity. Phase 1 results have demonstrated that the vaccine is well-tolerated and capable of inducing both T cell and antibody responses in a majority of treated patients.
