Overview
Glechoma longituba total flavonoids capsule is a botanical drug candidate developed by the Institute of Radiation and Radiation Medicine, Academy of Military Medical Sciences, for the treatment of urinary tract stones. It is derived from *Glechoma longituba* (Lian Qian Cao), a plant used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for its litholytic and diuretic properties. The capsule contains the total flavonoid fraction, which is believed to promote the passage of ureteral and renal pelvic stones, particularly in patients presenting with damp-heat syndrome. It has been evaluated in Phase III clinical trials in China for urolithiasis.
