Glembatumumab vedotin is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of a fully human IgG2 monoclonal antibody (CR011) targeting glycoprotein NMB (GPNMB) and linked to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a potent cytotoxic agent.
