Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GLIDE is a hemp-derived wellness product developed by The Bombay Company (also known as BOHECO - Bombay Hemp Company) for the management of arthritis and joint pain. It is a proprietary Ayurvedic formulation that contains full-spectrum cannabinoids derived from Vijaya (*Cannabis sativa*) leaf extract and hemp seed oil as its active ingredients. The product is designed to interact with the body's Endocannabinoid System (ECS), specifically targeting CB2 receptors on immune cells to modulate inflammatory responses and reduce swelling and pain associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Additionally, the hemp seed oil component provides essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that assist in joint lubrication and improved mobility. GLIDE is available in multiple formats, including topical oils, gels, and oral capsules, and is approved by the state AYUSH Department in India as a natural alternative for arthritis management.
