Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GLN-1001 is an investigational small-molecule therapy being developed by Glionova Therapeutics as a potential disease-modifying treatment for glioblastoma, the most common and most malignant form of primary brain tumor in adults.[5][9] Preclinical and early development work supported by nonclinical safety pharmacology and toxicology packages aims to enable first-in-human studies, with the therapeutic concept focused on targeting key pathogenic mechanisms of glioblastoma to improve survival and outcomes beyond current standard-of-care chemoradiation.[5][9] Detailed molecular target, mechanism of action, and clinical data have not yet been publicly disclosed.
