Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A cancer vaccine formulation combining multiple tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens (Globo-H, GM2, sTn, TF, and Tn) conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH) as a carrier protein, administered with QS-21 as an adjuvant. QS-21 is a saponin-based immunomodulatory molecule derived from the Quillaja saponaria tree bark that enhances both humoral and cell-mediated immunity. This combination is designed to stimulate the immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells expressing these carbohydrate antigens.
