Overview

Glofitamab + atezolizumab is a combination regimen under clinical investigation for the treatment of relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), including Richter's Transformation (RT) from chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)[2][3][9][10]. **Glofitamab** is a T-cell bispecific humanized monoclonal antibody that binds CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells, inducing T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity against malignant B cells. **Atezolizumab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), restoring and enhancing anti-tumor T-cell immunity. This combination aims to enhance B-cell depletion and augment anti-tumor immune responses by combining direct cytotoxic action (glofitamab) with checkpoint blockade (atezolizumab). The combination is developed and administered via intravenous infusion in planned cycles (typically 21 days per cycle), with treatment duration and re-treatment protocols specified per study design[5][7]. Both are investigational for this indication and are being developed primarily by Roche (glofitamab) and Genentech (atezolizumab; a member of Roche Group).
