glofitamab + CD19-directed CAR-T cell therapy

This combination therapy is a multi-component immunotherapy regimen being investigated by the Institute of Hematology & Blood Diseases Hospital, China, for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), particularly diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The regimen utilizes glofitamab, a CD20xCD3 bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Roche, as both a bridging therapy to reduce tumor burden before CAR-T infusion and as a maintenance therapy to enhance the expansion and persistence of the infused cells. The cellular component consists of CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy.
