The regimen is often administered in a response-adapted manner, where patients not achieving a complete response (CR) after initial cycles receive the addition of **CHP** (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone) chemotherapy. This approach aims to maximize efficacy by targeting multiple B-cell antigens and leveraging both immune-mediated and cytotoxic mechanisms of action.
