GLR1023

GLR1023 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. It functions by specifically binding to and neutralizing interleukin-17A (IL-17A), a key pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in the development of psoriatic lesions. By inhibiting the interaction between IL-17A and its receptor, GLR1023 suppresses the inflammatory cascade and keratinocyte overproliferation characteristic of the disease. The drug is designed to provide a targeted therapeutic option for patients with autoimmune inflammatory conditions mediated by the IL-17 pathway.
