Overview

GLR2037 is an investigational oral small molecule androgen receptor (AR) antagonist developed by Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals. It is specifically designed for the treatment of advanced or metastatic prostate cancer, including cases that have progressed following standard endocrine therapy. By binding to the androgen receptor, GLR2037 inhibits the androgen-mediated signaling pathways that drive the proliferation and survival of prostate cancer cells. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with metastatic disease.
