GLS-012 + GLS-010 + paclitaxel + carboplatin

This is a four-drug combination regimen consisting of two investigational immuno-oncology monoclonal antibodies, GLS-012 and GLS-010, together with the established chemotherapeutic agents paclitaxel and carboplatin. GLS-012 is an anti-LAG3 monoclonal antibody that inhibits lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein, aiming to enhance T-cell mediated immune responses against tumors[5]. GLS-010, also known as zimberelimab, is a fully human anti-programmed death 1 (PD‑1) monoclonal antibody that blocks the PD‑1 pathway to restore T-cell activity against cancer cells[7]. Paclitaxel is a microtubule inhibitor that disrupts cell division by stabilizing microtubules and preventing their disassembly. Carboplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy agent that causes DNA crosslinking and apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells[8][6]. The combination of these agents targets both immune checkpoints and tumor cell proliferation pathways.
