Overview

GLTX-001 is an investigational cell therapy developed by GoLiver Therapeutics, consisting of an injectable solution of frozen allogeneic liver cells intended for rapid bedside preparation and administration. It is designed to protect the liver from acute and massive hepatocyte destruction and to accelerate the organ’s natural regenerative capacity, providing a readily available, off‑the‑shelf biomedicine for patients with severe liver injury or liver failure.[9][5]
