Drug intelligence / Profile preview
GLY100 is a nanoparticle-based immunotherapy being developed by Glysantis, currently in the preclinical stage. It utilizes a monodisperse nanoparticle platform to deliver immune-activating compounds directly to the tumor microenvironment. The drug functions as a Toll-like Receptor 3 (TLR-3) agonist, designed to reverse tumor-mediated immunosuppression and activate anti-tumor immunity. The primary goal of GLY100 is to convert immunologically "cold" tumors into "hot" tumors, thereby improving the efficacy of the immune response against difficult-to-treat cancers. Its initial clinical focus is ovarian cancer, with potential applications in other immunosuppressed solid tumors.
