Overview
A combination of glycopyrronium (an anticholinergic agent) and tropisetron (a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist used as an antiemetic). Glycopyrronium is used to treat hyperhidrosis, severe drooling, COPD, and as an adjunct in treating ulcers, while tropisetron is used to prevent chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
