GM-102

GM-102 is a humanized monoclonal antibody developed by GamaMabs for gynecological cancers. It is an EMABling-engineered antibody directed against anti-Müllerian hormone receptor type 2, also known as Müllerian inhibiting substance receptor type II, a surface receptor reported to be expressed in a substantial proportion of ovarian, endometrial, and cervical cancers. The therapeutic concept is to bind AMHR2 on tumor cells and recruit immune effector mechanisms at the tumor site, supporting antitumor activity; preclinical studies have also reported synergy with carboplatin and paclitaxel. Clinically, GM-102 has been advanced into early-stage Phase 1 development in patients with advanced pre-treated gynecologic malignancies.
