Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination immunochemotherapy regimen that includes GM-CSF (Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor), three chemotherapeutic agents (procarbazine, lomustine, vincristine), and T cell infusion. GM-CSF stimulates the production and function of granulocytes and macrophages, activates dendritic cells, and enhances antigen presentation to promote anti-tumor immune responses. The chemotherapy components provide direct cytotoxic effects against cancer cells, while the T cell infusion delivers additional tumor-specific immune responses. This combination aims to create synergistic effects between direct cytotoxicity and enhanced immune-mediated tumor destruction.
