Overview

GM102 + carboplatin + paclitaxel is an investigational **combination cancer therapy** under clinical development, primarily for gynecological and solid tumors. GM102 (murlentamab) is a first-in-class, humanized, low-fucose monoclonal antibody targeting the Anti-Müllerian hormone type II receptor (AMHR2/AMHRII), which is selectively expressed in certain tumors. GM102 acts through engaging macrophages for anti-tumoral cytotoxicity. Carboplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy agent that induces DNA cross-linking and apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. Paclitaxel is a microtubule inhibitor (a plant-derived mitotic inhibitor) that disrupts cell division. Together, this combination aims to both boost anti-tumor immune response (via GM102) and directly kill cancer cells through established chemotherapeutic mechanisms (carboplatin, paclitaxel)[1][4][5].
