GM103 + pembrolizumab

GM103 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial for patients with locally advanced, unresectable, refractory, and/or metastatic solid tumors. GM103 is administered via intratumoral injection and is being studied both as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab. Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor on T cells, blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2 to enhance anti-tumor immune responses.
