GMS-007

GMS-007 is a preclinical antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) candidate developed by Gifted Molecular Science for the treatment of COVID-19. Utilizing the company's proprietary Druggable-PNA (dPNA) platform, GMS-007 is a cell-permeable peptide nucleic acid (PNA) designed to target and bind to SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA. By binding to these viral genetic sequences, the drug is intended to inhibit the early stages of the virus life cycle, thereby preventing viral replication and infection progression.
