Overview

GMS-P07 is an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) candidate being developed by Gifted Molecular Science for the treatment of human metapneumovirus (HMPV) infection. The drug is designed using the company's proprietary Druggable-PNA (D-PNA) platform, which chemically incorporates a cationic lipid segment into a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) nucleobase to enhance cell membrane affinity, cell permeability, and binding affinity. GMS-P07 is designed to target HMPV genetic material, thereby inhibiting viral replication and gene expression.
