gMSC2 is an allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy developed by Two Cells for the treatment of cerebral infarction (stroke). The product utilizes GMP-grade MSCs to provide regenerative and neuroprotective effects in the brain following an ischemic event. Developed in collaboration with Hiroshima University, gMSC2 is designed to promote tissue repair and functional recovery. As of late 2024, the therapy has completed clinical research involving patients at Hiroshima University and is positioned in Phase 1 development.
