gMSC3 is an allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy being developed by Two Cells for the treatment of early osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. The cells are produced using the company's proprietary STK® Series serum-free culture media, which is intended to maintain the cells' therapeutic potential and ensure high quality. The therapy aims to provide regenerative and immunomodulatory effects to address the underlying pathology of joint disease and chronic pain conditions. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development, representing the third generation of MSC products in the developer's pipeline.
