gMSC®4 is an allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy developed by Two Cells for the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD). The therapy utilizes GMP-grade allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells intended to promote renal tissue regeneration and slow the progression of CKD. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials and clinical research in collaboration with Hiroshima University. As of late 2024, clinical research involving patients has been conducted to assess the safety and preliminary efficacy of the product in the context of chronic renal failure.
