Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**GN-037** is an investigational fixed-dose topical cream developed by GEN Pharmaceuticals for mild-to-moderate plaque psoriasis. It combines clobetasol propionate 0.0356%, salicylic acid 4.74%, urea 9.48%, and retinoic acid 0.0012%. The formulation pairs glucocorticoid-mediated anti-inflammatory activity with retinoid effects on keratinocyte differentiation, plus keratolytic and moisturizing components intended to reduce plaque scaling and improve topical treatment performance. In a completed randomized Phase 2 study in 190 patients, twice-daily treatment for 4 weeks was superior to vehicle on the primary Investigator's Global Assessment treatment-success endpoint; GN-037 remains an investigational product without an identified marketed trade name.
